Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Association to be held at

In addition to the AGM agenda, we have a special resolution to adopt a new constitution for our Association.

This new constitution is the recommended and provided by Tennis NSW, for Associations/Clubs primarily focused on Tennis, and this makes it far more aligned to our Association’s goal of fostering and growing tennis for our community.

If you have any question(s) regarding this, please email me at [email protected], and I’ll be more than happy to share the relevant details. In case of no questions, it will be assumed that members consent to our proposed adoption of the new constitution aligning us more closely with National Policies and Tennis NSW.

All members are welcome to join us for the AGM, but RSVP is strictly required, as currently, the venue booked meeting room can only accommodate up to 15 people. In case of RSVP’s received warrant a larger venue, we will appropriately change venue and communicate this change via email and update on our website.

Additional appeal

We are a small group of volunteers working at the committee and are always looking for passionate members wishing to join us. There are various open positions which you may want to nominate yourself based on your interest in the mentioned positions.
