Tribute to Denzil Campbell

Denzil Campbell - Our Former President and Life member It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Denzil Campbell, a cherished former President and Life Member since 2021. Denzil’s dedication to tennis spanned many years, during which he made significant contributions to Parramatta City Tennis, the NSW Hardcourt Association, and Tennis NSW. His outstanding and lasting legacy will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Denzil’s commitment and passion for the sport have left an indelible mark on the tennis community. He will be greatly missed.

New Constitution Adopted!

New Constitution for Parramatta Tennis Inc. association has been procedurally adopted by the Management committee as a part of the Special Resolution Meeting with the Monthly General Meeting held on 20-Aug-2025. With this adoption of the New Constitution for the Association, we are now closely aligned with Tennis NSW and Tennis Australia in all matters pertaining to Tennis in Australia. This additionally furthers our close partnership and association with Tennis NSW in managing our centre and programs for promoting as well as growing Tennis in our community. Special Resolution Meeting For Adoption of New Constitution

A special resolution meeting has been proposed for adoption of New Constituion for Parramatta City Tennis Inc. association by the Vice President of the management commitee on 20th August, 2025. This special resolution is being called for adoption of the New Constitution which was originally adopted in the last AGM in November, 2024. The reason for calling the special resolution for adoption again is due to a procedural requirement for compliance as required by NSW Fair Trading from a documentation aspect.
