Special Resolution Meeting For Adoption of New Constitution

A special resolution meeting has been proposed for adoption of New Constituion for Parramatta City Tennis Inc. association by the Vice President of the management commitee on 20th August, 2025.

This special resolution is being called for adoption of the New Constitution which was originally adopted in the last AGM in November, 2024. The reason for calling the special resolution for adoption again is due to a procedural requirement for compliance as required by NSW Fair Trading from a documentation aspect.

The New Constitution to be adopted is the same that was passed in AGM-24, with only the date of adoption requiring change (new adoption date shall be 20-Aug-2025 once passed via the special resolution meeting as a part of monthly general meeting).

Following the adoption of the New Constitution for the Association, the necessary minutes and the New Constitution will be lodged at the NSW Fair Trading as required for compliance and Association Incorporation regulations.
